Terms of Service

Marketplace Agreement & User Guidelines

Welcome to DesiDigitalHub. These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a legally binding contract between you and DesiDigitalHub, governing your usage of our website, marketplace catalog, chat panels, and developer dashboard interfaces. By logging in or purchasing assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Listing Fee Notice Policy

Sellers registering on DesiDigitalHub acknowledge that a flat ₹50 listing fee applies to each published product. This listing fee covers cloud catalog listing maintenance and template deliverables warehousing. Product titles cannot be modified once a listing has been verified and set live by our moderation team.

1. Intellectual Property & License

When a buyer purchases digital assets (such as Notion Templates, Lightroom presets, templates, or source code files):

  • Personal Use License: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide perpetual license to use the download deliverables for personal projects or individual business optimization.
  • Prohibited Actions: Redistributing, reselling, sub-licensing, or packaging the source files into competitor products is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957.

2. Creator / Seller Code of Conduct

Sellers listing files on the platform guarantee that:

  1. They hold full ownership rights or explicit reseller licenses for the templates, images, and tools they list.
  2. No malicious code, trackers, hidden cookies, or invalid redirection links are attached to digital downloads.
  3. All pricing (Regular and Sale prices) must reflect honest market values. Bait-and-switch title editing after approval is forbidden.

3. Payment Terms and Invoicing

All checkouts are routed securely. Buyers receive a GST-compliant tax receipt detailing the listing cost and applicable integrated GST. Sellers receive their shares minus the marketplace commission and listing deductions directly to their registered UPI VPAs on specified payout frequencies.

4. Platform Liability Limitations

DesiDigitalHub acts as an intermediary connecting creators and buyers. We do not guarantee the perpetual compatibility of templates with future versions of Notion, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop. Downloads are provided 'As-Is' without explicit warranties.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
