Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consumer Protection Act 2019 Compliant
Because DesiDigitalHub specializes in premium digital download deliverables (Notion templates, presets, PDFs, courses, software tools), all transactions are final once delivery links are accessed or files are duplicated. This refund framework complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules under Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Digital Exemption Rule Notice
Once a download link is clicked, the digital product is deemed fully delivered. Unlike physical items, digital templates cannot be 'returned' or revoked once saved to your Notion profile or hard drive. Hence, refunds are not offered for change of mind or subjective formatting preference.
1. Defective or Corrupt Asset Claims
We want you to have a premium experience. You are entitled to a refund or template replacement under the following strict parameters:
- Broken Links: The deliverable download URL is permanently broken or offline (giving 404 errors) and the seller fails to update the asset within 48 hours of notification.
- Mismatched Description: The file delivered is completely different from the description page (e.g., purchased a Notion Finance Manager, but received a basic to-do checklist instead).
- Technical Defects: The preset, ZIP file, or course material is corrupt and cannot be opened/imported after troubleshooting with our support team.
2. Refund Request Timeline
Claim ticket entries regarding corrupt downloads or mismatched products must be submitted via email to support@desidigitalhub.co within **7 days** of the payment timestamp. Please attach screenshots of the defect, the transaction order reference, and your register email to speed up investigation.
3. Refund Processing Frequency
Once approved, the payment gateway initiates the credit reversal. The refund amount will reflect back to the buyer's original payment source (UPI bank account, debit card, or credit card) within **5 to 7 working days**, in accordance with standard Razorpay / merchant settlement guidelines in India.
4. Cancellation & Shop Subscriptions
Sellers who pay the ₹50 listing agreement fee to launch products cannot cancel the listing once published to demand a fee refund, as listing resources are consumed instantly upon catalog database entry.
