Digital Fulfillment Framework
DesiDigitalHub delivers virtual templates, presets, and digital assets. We do not dispatch any physical parcels or items via postal courier. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how download URLs are allocated and accessed after payment approval.
Instantaneous Delivery Model
All digital checkouts are processed in real-time. Immediately upon successful payment verification via our security processing partner (Razorpay), your purchase download page will render automatically. There is zero shipping delay; assets are available instantly (within 1-5 minutes).
1. Accessing Purchased Digital Downloads
Buyers can acquire their purchased digital goods through two secure pathways:
- Immediate Redirect Success Page: Following payment, the page redirects to `/success` displaying a dedicated **Download deliverables** dashboard button.
- Dashboard Download Registry: Sign into your account and navigate to `/dashboard/buyer` inside the **Downloads Tab**. All purchased items are logged here and can be re-downloaded at any time.
- Email Delivery: A transactional email containing direct download URLs is sent automatically to the email address registered during purchase.
2. File Deliverable Formats
- Notion Templates: Delivered as PDF setup files containing duplicate links or direct sharing URLs.
- ZIP archives: Photoshop templates, developer presets, and presets files are compressed and delivered as standard zip files.
3. Deliverable Support
If you experience issues receiving the digital email containing the links or if the dashboard fails to list your purchased template, please send a message directly to the creator using the dashboard chat or email us at support@desidigitalhub.co. Our team resolves delivery disputes within 12 hours.
